Getting a teaching administration job in CT.?

I currently work in the financial services industry and am looking to get a better quality of life. I have looked in getting an administration job in CT working as either a vice principal, principal, or super intendent job down the line. I have a BS in Accounting and Masters in accounting as well. I know that there is some certifications I need to get, but are not sure which ones are needed, how long it takes to get them, and will the state assist in the process if I begin working for a district as a business manager for a few years until I have put in the time. I know that normally it takes 3 years before you are qualified to obtain that type of position, but are looking to get started when I join a district. In addition, any good districts in/around the Middletown area as my wife is starting a pastry/bakery in the area and do not want to be more than 45 minutes (driving) from the area where we will live. Appreciate the help.
