Consider stocking some of these delicious bulks candies …

  • Malted milk balls. Another chocolate lovers’ delight. The chocolatey outside and crispy inside really hit the spot, especially in Summer. And Winter. And Spring …

  • Hot Tamales. For those times when you can’t decide between sweet and spicy. Get those candy scoops ready for some heavy use when you set Hot Tamales out in the store.

  • Candy corn. The quintessential Halloween candy. Give kids a special memory by letting them scoop up some of these special orange and yellow Autumn treats.

  • Chocolate covered almonds. Good enough to fill two bags! Almond lovers can’t scoop out enough of these delicious candies. Be prepared for repeat customers when you set out chocolate covered almonds!

  • Gummis. Gummi bears, gummi snakes, gummi worms, gummi brains … kids love gummis. Pick up the candy scoop and pour a scoopful of each into a bag for giving out to the children of favorite customers, as well as trick-or-treaters. You’ll be the pop bottle toast of the neighborhood!

  • Sour gummis. Lovers of sour candy just can get enough of sour gummis. Set out the extra-large candy scoops for this mouth-watering surprise. Don’t forget to buy extra, in case you run out!

  • M&Ms. Milk chocolate, peanut, almond, dark chocolate, dark chocolate peanut, peanut butter, even coconut: no matter what flavor you stock, everybody loves M&Ms. Consider stocking all of them and making an M&M shelf. Even get them personalized. Just be careful that the customers don’t scoop them directly into their mouths!

  • Jelly Bellies. Jellybean lovers know that Jelly Bellies are the candy gourmet’s choice. Display your Jelly Bellies by color or by flavor. Make a seasonal display, like cinnamon and marshmallow in the winter, kiwi and lemon in the summer.

What would be a good main course to go with my other two dishes?

Tonight I have decided to make a 3 course meal for a family of 4 but I can’t think of what to serve for my main course. I’ve decided on potato and leek soup for an entree and short-crust pastry with berries and cream for dessert but I’m stuck on my main. If anyone could think of something that would go well with my two dishes that isn’t too time consuming or complicated, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don’t see many green leafy vegetables. I also like salmon, but I would pan-fry some fillets and serve them warm over a Euro green salad with maybe extra virgin olive oil and rice vinegar. And maybe warm baguettes and bruschetta.

Can you name a certain Food or Drink that is named after a Place,State ,City or Country?

I start with a “Berliner”.
We love them over here in Germany.

My lunch today (Mongolian chicken)
Spanish rice
Pad thai
Russian Caravan tea (is delicious)
Turkish Delight
Dozens of wines: Port, marsala, bordeaux, burgundy, etc.
Spices: Cayenne (France), Jamaican allspice, Thai holy basil, etc.

The winner has to be cheeses, as Monty Python explains:

There was an article about culinary schools int he NY Times just a few days ago. It said that the pay for chefs is so low, that most culinary graduates can not make enough to pay back their school loans.

You need to be thoughtful about how you arrange your career. Being a chef does not pay well and does not give you job security. You will have a hard time taking care of your family on a typical chef’s wages.

In order to be a successful food service professional, you need to be able to cook at a high skill level, but you also need to have business training – in accounting, management, legal issues, and in fact, a general education that makes you more than just a kitchen slave for someone more educated. You need to know how to run a food business.

Two schools in America that can give you a total education in food service are Culinary Institute of America and Johnson & Wales University. You should look into them to see how you can become an educated food service professional, not just someone else’s underpaid employee.

9 non-traditional ways to use breast milk

You know, when you think about it, take the cow's milk is in many ways, the equivalent of drinking milk mother – which is what is after all, breast milk for calves. So maybe that makes you tremble at the idea or dairy in general (whole body around through nutritionally dense products designed to feed our children), or give you a little different in breast milk as a whole?

Well, if you can count on the latter category, this article will be right up your alley. Here are some of the best ways to put the milk used in cooking. I mean, Is not it great, good, right?

# 1: milk pallets

We all know that we love frozen foods, and what better a true "home" frozen treat? You can mix breast milk with chocolate, fruit, or whatever your mind comes with. All you have to do after put the mixture into a mold of ice cream and freeze for a couple of hours! And if you really want to be a punk, use one of these bad boys next time they visit your friends and tell what it was.

# 2: The breast milk cocktail

Breast cancer and alcohol, the perfect combination, I'm wrong? What could be better in the next cocktail, mix a creamy alcoholic pleasure to his closest friends that have been fortified with milk and with normal (or above average), the dose of alcohol? In some places, drinking milk is still considered art. Certainly, this is the same place that had a vomit art show, but hey, who am I to judge?

# 3: Milk bread

I'm starting to think all brands that could, in a smart milk bread artisan company and the list is too funny. But honestly, if, uh, we can speak of the kitchen with milk mother with some degree of gravity, the milk component is a small but vital to many delicious artisan breads. Try using milk instead and you have yourself a very special tasty bread, Boobalicious,. (Sorry, could not help myself there.)

# 4: milk shake

You know, just rolls of the tongue, naturally when said aloud, I wonder why breast milk is not shake the anger in progress. I mean, everybody We are super healthy right now, and many of us feel sorry for the poor cows, yet PETA protested the pass. Why not have a humane society, and uh, human beat-based alternatives. The only thing different in the process of making one of these shocks is to use breast milk instead of cow.

# 5: milk yogurt

We all know that yogurt is good for you, what with the live active cultures and all the other buzz words we hear it about the benefits of regular yogurt. And while the good folks at Yoplait is not likely to be alternatives to milk yogurt served in the short term, why not do it same? Completely, uh, unique, and (perhaps) tasty baby or an adult, the use of breast milk when creating homemade yogurt.

# 6: The ice cream

You got me ice cream! I like breasts, and I certainly like ice cream, so if I do not think that the rest, I think might be able to dig this idea. I love Ben & Jerry as much as the next person, but hey, if we talk about innovation – something that these guys are supposed to be known when it comes to ice cream – why not a "breast of the best" taste?

# 7: Breastfeeding Cupcakes

Think of the stories we tell if, instead of using cow's milk to the traditional birthday cakes for your colleagues, using milk instead. Many fans milk in the kitchen there who swear they are delicious, gourmet recipes. So next time you have milk on hand, whip up a batch of breastcakes and see what all the world thinks about it!

# 8: Soups and stews with milk

Those of us who know their way around the kitchen know that soups and stews are just some of the best creations and healthier, with a wide range of versatility. The milk used in soups and stews is a great way add a soft deep or taste of the soup would not have otherwise. The next time you make a pot of soup, considered a little milk and bring to the next level.

# 9: The Man of Cheese

So now we've established that there is relatively little difference, at least in theory, between breast milk and cows, the logical extension of this cheese is quite natural, did not you say? The so-called "human cheese" milk cheese mother is definitely different, but hey, it seems, is no less tasty than traditional alternatives we receive from our friends roar.
