Breads and rolls
Chefs at Rochester's best restaurants choose our bread for two reasons: it's superior quality and old-fashioned taste that enhances every meal. Our Italian bread is still hand shaped and baked the way it has been done for hundreds of years. Our classic French bread has crisp, crunchy crust and slightly chewy center. We also offer Fruit and Nut, Rye, Wheat, Sourdough and 7 Grain breads.

We make a variety of specialty and seasonal breads. Call in advance for our Stuffed pepperoni & cheese bread or Jalapeno & cheddar cheese bread - great for parties. The seasonal breads include Pumpkin Harvest Grain and Raisin Apple Cider breads (must be ordered one day in advance).

We take our breads seriously. All our artisan breads are delicious and high quality. They are made with premium ingredients and baked fresh several times a day. We hope you'll enjoy our breads and rolls.


Rolls

We also carry a variety of rolls. Our "Little George" is a prefect sandwich starter. Crusty outside, soft inside. Other choices include hard, hot dog, French dinner, everything roll and, yes, delicious Kimelwick roll. What exactly is a Kimelweck roll? It's a hard roll, somewhat like crusty kaiser roll, sprinkled with caraway and coarse salt instead of the more familiar poppy seed.
