Three Generations Working Together
Three generations of Ruiz family work at our bakery. George Ruiz with his wife Liz, sons Georgie, Chris and Ian, daughter-in-law Kiyomi, Chris's wife. Every Saturday Georgie's mother Carmen comes in and prepares traditional dishies for the appreciative crowd hungry for geniune Spanish cuisine.

Georgie and Liz started the family business in the spring of 2005. Georgie has worked in the bakery business for over 30 years. His wife Liz joined shortly to help with walk-in customers. Chris, Georgie and Ian were brought aboard to lend a hand with the increasing demand of the wholesale side of the business.
